Why Be a Knight?
Chatham Charter’s welcoming atmosphere helps students rise to the academic expectations that propel them to success. Being in classes with fellow students who are also striving to improve is strong motivation as well. The beautiful campus provides a facility that accommodates elementary through high school activities. The school’s college preparatory academic program and strong family atmosphere are two of its hallmarks. The individualized attention, varied class electives, athletic opportunities, and other extra-curricular options give students a multitude of opportunities to thrive and succeed.
Chatham Charter became one of the first charter schools in the state in 1997. At the time it was a K-8 school. In 2013 a high school expansion was added. Over those years, additions to the facility have mirrored needs and growth.
