Teachers Exploring Apps

Twelve teachers are participating in a summer pilot program to explore apps on devices Chatham Charter has received through grant funding. During the school year, these Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G and Samsung Galaxy S24 devices will be available in “class sets” for teachers to check out. The summer break is an ideal time for teachers to explore apps that can enhance instruction. Along with researching effective apps for their subject areas, another element of the summer pilot is periodic “Share & Take” sessions with leaders of the pilot program and participating colleagues. The teachers look forward to how the things they are learning now will help students enjoy topics of their classes even more.
