Preparing for Winter Sports

The Knights Athletic Department is preparing for the start of the winter sports season for middle and high school. Click here for details related to each sport. Most high school tryouts will begin on Wednesday, October 23. Middle school tryouts will begin on Tuesday, November 5.

A Mandatory Winter Meeting for parents/guardians and student-athletes will be held on Thursday, October 17, at 6:00 pm in the gym. The meeting is a great opportunity for the following:

– Chance to meet the coaches
– Discuss tryout expectations and start dates
– Coaches share expectations for those that make the team
– Parent and athlete responsibilities
– Get information from the Athletic Boosters and Nurse Murphy as needed

Knights Basketball Camp

The Knights varsity men’s basketball team will host a basketball camp for which second through eighth graders are invited to register. The camp will be held Saturday, November 2, from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm in the school gym. The cost is $40 per camper. Participants do not have to be Chatham Charter students. Use this link to pre-register. Though it is preferred participants pre-register, they can register on November 2 as a walk-in.
