New Counselor Referral Form

Chatham Charter’s school counselors have created a counselor referral form for students and parents to reach out for support. Submissions will come directly to Tracy Brady and Sandra Young for follow up. The form is in addition to the normal accessibility students, families, and staff have to the school counselors during the regular school day.
