Athletic Boosters
Overview
The Athletic Booster Club is a volunteer organization made up of parents, coaches, staff and others committed to providing the student athletes at Chatham Charter with safe, reliable and quality facilities, equipment and opportunities. Chatham Charter Athletic Boosters support Knights Athletics by:
- raising funds for athletic equipment, uniforms, personnel, and transportation;
- encouraging and promoting attendance at games and matches; and
- taking a leadership role in the growth and longevity of Knights Athletics programs.
Meetings are scheduled around athletic events to encourage as many members as possible to attend and are generally held the second Monday of the month (depending on holidays and team schedules) from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the upperclassmen room in between the middle school hall and band room. Meeting dates will be communicated on our Facebook page and to members via email. Sign up to be a member here.
Spirit Gear
The Knights Athletic Boosters have an online store for school spirit enthusiasts that returns profits to the Boosters organization to support Athletics. The store is open year-round and ship purchases to homes.
Crossroads Classic Golf Tournament
Each spring the Boosters host a golf tournament fundraiser at the Siler City Country Club. Planning begins in October. Please contact ccsknightsboosters@gmail.com if you are interested in being a sponsor.
Ways to Support
The Boosters have several annual and ongoing fundraisers throughout the year, including Knights Family Weekend, spirit wear sales, concession sales at athletic events and a golf tournament in the spring. In addition, tiered corporate sponsorship packages are available to promote local businesses while supporting Knights Athletics. Learn more through the package list.
