April Activities

As the end of the school year nears, there are many activities scheduled across the K-12 campus at Chatham Charter. This list will be updated as events and activities are added.

Wednesday, April 2 – K-8 Spring Photo Day

Friday, April 4 – Spring Band Concert in the gym at 6:30 pm

Saturday, April 5 – 8th Grade Formal at the Siler City Country Club (arrival: 5:15 pm, pictures: 5:30 pm, dinner: 6:00 pm, dance: 7:00-10:00 am)

Monday, April 7 – PTSA Meeting in the elementary media center at 6:30 pm

Friday, April 11 – Spring Art Show from 5:00-6:00 pm on the mezzanine and a Beta Club Talent Show in the gym at 6:00 pm (DECA’s Castle Café will also be open.) 

Saturday, April 12 – Band Spring Pancake Breakfast at First Baptist Church in Siler City from 7:30-10:30 am (Plates cost $10 and will include pancakes and sausage, with coffee, milk, or orange juice to drink. There will be a to go option.)

Monday, April 14 – 6th Grade Band Interest Meeting for current 5th graders in the high school lobby at 6:00 pm

Saturday, April 19 – Senior Beta Car Wash at Advance Auto Parts (1401 E 11th St, Siler City) from 9:00 am-4:00 pm (exterior cleaning $20, donations appreciated)

Looking Ahead to May…

Friday, May 2 – Senior Walk at 9:30 am (where the Class of 2025 will walk through halls on campus for younger students to celebrate the Class and to see the culmination of being a Knight)

3rd-5th Grade Dance from 3:00-4:30 pm in the gym sponsored by Senior Beta Club (Tickets can be purchased at this link or at the door.)

Saturday, May 3 – Athletic Booster Club’s annual Crossroad Classic Golf Tournament at the Siler City Country Club with lunch at 11:30 am and a shotgun start at 1:00 pm (See details on how to sponsor a hole, sign up to play, or make a donation.)

Saturday, May 10 – Junior/Senior Prom at Rivers and Bridges (parent reception: 7:00 pm, prom: 8:00-11:00 pm)

Sunday, May 11 – Senior Honor Night in the gym at 6:30 pm

Monday-Wednesday, May 12-14 – K-8 Field Days

Tuesday, May 13 – Kindergarten completion ceremony in the gym

Thursday, May 15 – Eighth grade promotion ceremony at 8:15 am in the gym

Friday, May 16 – Commencement rehearsal at 1:00 pm

Saturday, May 17 – Commencement in the gym at 10:00 am (ticketed event)
