Ancient Worlds Museum

Sixth grade students hosted an ancient world museum on Thursday and Friday, April 16 and April 17, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. in the elementary multipurpose room. School classes as well as family and friends were invited to attend and discuss projects with the students. Visitors felt like they journeyed back in time to the ancient world as students presented exhibits using trifold boards, 3D scale models, and videos. The projects were part of sixth grade social studies classes.

“Students are hard at work, researching topics and creating museum exhibits, and they can’t wait to share all that they have learned,” commented teacher Angela Boone commented in the preparation stage.
