Fall Sports Recognitions

Following the conclusion of all fall sports, Knights Athletics has announced recognitions and honors for high school and middle school teams.

The following Chatham Charter School student-athletes, teams, and coaches have been recognized by the Central Tar Heel Conference and the North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) for 2025 fall sports: 

Varsity Women’s Tennis

All-Conference: Makenzi Allen and Maggie Moody

Honorable Mention: Samantha Wilson and Jody Shreef

Central Tar Heel 1A Conference Champions in Doubles: Makenzi Allen and Maggie Moody

Central Tar Heel 1A Conference Runners-Up in Doubles: Jody Shreef and Remas Shreef

Competed in the 1st and 2nd round of the NCHSAA 1A Individual State Playoffs

Central Tar Heel 1A Conference Champions – Mens

Male Runner of the Year: Torris Price

Coach of the Year: Danny Martin

Men’s All-Conference: Torris Price, Eli Coleman, Adam Reese, Andrew Bednar, Josh Hayes

Women’s All-Conference: Emily Scheidt

The boys team finished 6th in the state

Varsity Volleyball
